New Disco II in Western MA
Hi-
I just brought home a 2003 Discovery II with 141K miles and a rebuilt transmission. So far I'm in love. I "maintain" a small fleet of older BMWs but this is my first real truck since my Toyota pickup in the early 2000s. My first job will be a new Watts linkage that I ordered from Rimmer Bros. The old one is shot. I also ordered the inline thermostat kit from Extinct because I really really don't want to overheat this thing. The check engine light is on with a bunch of emissions codes, so I found a used icarsoft code reader so I can figure that out and pass MA inspections, which can be tough (not California but close?). Looking forward to some mechanical adventures. Thanks!
