Thought I would make a post here since I'm new to this forum. I live in Idaho, my first purchase was the 01 Disco, and my better half liked it so much we found a 95 Disco for her. Then by stroke of luck found an 88 Classic with no rustbut needed some TLC, so I bought it also, all since May of 07. The Classic is my learning vehicle on how these things are made, and I'm impressed. However I am starting to have the love/hate relationship with my 01, but I'm sure once I get past a few of the stupid little things, I will be happy. I'm a previous Mercedes Benz owner, and when I bought the 01, I was looking for an ML420, but it had to tow a trailer, and after driving it, the Rover does a much better job. Good vehilcle overall, andas I continue to learn more about them my goalin the next 18 months an LR3 is in my future.
