No rovers yet but wanted to get opinions on the discoverys. Starting to look at new autos and need one to suit husband, myself, grandfather (I'm a caregiver), a 1 year old and one on the way. Also can't forget our dog.

Is this going to be your primary driver, do you plan to go 4wheeling, what price range are you looking at?

Thanks for the responses. It will be a primary driver but will love to have option to off road although the husband is working on 75 land cruiser for that. The vehicle would have to be used and under 30k. When looking at used discoverys, is there any common issues to be aware of?

What size is the gas tank? My Mustang gets around 350 per tank highway, the freelander gets around 320 per tank, LR3 is around 370
