New to the forum, just bought my first Land Rover
Welcome. You'll find the owner and shop manuals in downloads below, it is called the RAVE (Rover Automated Viewing Environment). Your truck has two things you should should be aware of that trip up many new owners.
The front drive shaft from the factory did not have grease fittings on one end. When internal grease is fried out by the catalytic converters, the shaft will snap with almost no warning. The fast spinning hunk of metal slams the transmission case and beats a hole in it. There is a rebuild article in our tech area, less than $100 if you DIY ahead of failure.
The heat gauge from the factory will point at 50% from about 130 - 240F. You would like to be 180-200. But on older trucks with clogged radiators, worn out fan clutch, non-functional electric fan; you can be driving along at 230F for months and not realize it. Something that attaches to the OBDII port, like a scanner, Ultra Gauge, or a bluetooth adapter/smartphone app will let you see the real temps.
If you edit your signature (user CP tab) you can add your location, may be clubs in your area, etc.
