I'm new here, obviously.

So, here's my intro. I just purchased a 2003 Discovery SE. I checked the VIN against online reports of VIN groups that had head gasket issues, leaking cooling lines, transmission issues, etc. before purchasing. Hopefully that's that big issues out of the way.

I also own a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. It's my daily driver, and the Disco is my utility vehicle (towing a boat, utility trailer, and eventually snow machines).

This forum was VERY helpful to me when researching issues to watch for or expect with the Discovery, so thanks to all of you!
