Hello Everybody!
I just registered on this site and am excited to learn as much as i can about Land Rovers.
I currently do not own one, but i plan gaining knowledge on LandRovers before making a purchase. I have always wanted a Jeep up until very recently, when i began to learn more about Land Rovers and have been able to see what they are capable of. i will be looking for a used Discovery pre 2005 that seats 7. I am hoping this will be a long term relationship with my soon to be Disco!

Welcome. Budget $1000 or so for minor repairs for new-to-you Disco. That assumes you are a DIY mechanic.

 

Thanks for the welcome. Advice heeded. I do a bit of my own work, as much as possible, to try to keep costs down. I am already learning so much by browsing the forum and have downloaded the RAVE manual. Awesome information!
