Just picked up a 2003 Disco 2 today. I used this forum to become technically familiar with these vehicles since it is my first Land Rover.

I am a techinical person who has been with BMW service for the past 11 years and a total of 19 year in the automotive industry. So I am used to vehicles that need attention on a regular basis.

My new/used Disco2 has 65K on it and needs the basic stuff from what I have accessed so far;

-One, maybe two window regulators.
-Throttle body hoses and gasket.
-Fuel lid actuator repair/replacement.
-Fuel level sending unit.
-Headliner repair.
-Front U-joints with greasable fittings.

And that is day 1 with my Disco2.
