Default Phil Tampa FL Newbie!

Hi all!

I'm new to the forum and relatively new to Land Rovers as well!

I have a 2003 Land Rover Discovery and I am in need of some serious education on maintainence and off roading. My previous experience in DIY maintainence and projects is limited to FORD trucks...

I want to Make my LR stand out, but more importantly I want it to be able to be used off road and daily use as well.

I Need tips and Dumbed-Down How-to instructions for Lifts and Installations of accessories.

Look forward to hearing some great advice.

Welcome. Start by reading our tech section posts and pay special attention to rebuild of front prop shaft plus the 60K miles service list. The whole shop manual is called the RAVE, free download links below. Also, one mod to consider is an Ultra Gauge, so you can see just how hot engine is getting. The factory gauge will stay at 50% until you are almost in the BBQ range, not a slow increase like my old F250.
