Default Over before it started?

Greetings all, I'm new to the forum and have a 2012 LR4, which I've owned for 1 1/2 years. Bought it with 68K and now has right at 92K on it. It's my first land rover and I love the thing. I've changed the brakes (rotors and pads), added the roof rack/cross bars, and some more aggressive tires. I've been stalking for the forum for a couple of months and decided to join. My LR4 was included in the service bulletin for timing chain guides, so I bought a warranty that will cover me to 114K miles. I've had the suspension fault light come on a couple of times when the outdoor temps are really low and now I've had the check engine light come on twice in the two months. I had the code read and it was the timing code , but then it cures itself before I can get into the dealership. Local dealership said they would have to get approval from warranty company before they could get the work covered. I'm not hearing the grinding metal noise at start up, nor anything while running. Been reading different threads here on the forum and now I'm afraid--very afraid!! Water pump was replaced before I bought it, but the coolant tubes haven't been done and I've got a couple of small oil leaks. I really love the vehicle, great size for the family, drives great in the snow and fire access roads, plenty of room for gear, not something you see a ton of, etc......... It's my daily driver and I need it to be reliable, but after all this research I find my self questioning if I should consider a trade before something happens. I'm here for now and hope to be for a long time to come..........we'll see.
