Hi, im picking up my new landrover freelander tomorrw.
Its a 2003 plate,1.8L 90,000 miles and only for 1100 pounds sterling.
I think its almost too good to be true.
Its too late to back out, but what should i check for in the first few days?

With a data reading scanner check coolant temp. Plan on replacing battery (way too much depends on that battery). Download RAVE tech and owner's manaual and get dirty.

 

so new battery, how much should i pay for one, make etc.
ill do the coolent too.
ive heard a lot about head gaskets, is this a worry too?
