Long-time lurker, new joiner. Shipped and driven my 2004 RR all over the world. First engine blew at 86K miles; second is completely unstable and may need replacement at 122K miles (on truck; not engine). Currently live in Washington, DC. Local, independent shop has been good with service, but is balking at fixing or replacing engine. Could use some guidance on other shops. I travel too much -- and lack the garage tools and space -- to do myself. Can't get myself to salvage. Perfectly good vehicle -- other than it won't move on it's on power.
