I'm looking to buy a 2004 D2 and what performance accessories I can get that actually work, besides all of the performance chip stuff which I've read is bull****

 

I'm looking too. All i've seen are longtube headers and cat backs. Found these by searching for 4.0 Range performance parts (they fit too)

 

I'm currently having a high torque cam, rhoads lifters, and ford mustang injectors installed along with a port and polish job. I've also made my own custom intake that flows better and slapped a K&N pod filter on the end. Finally, I upgraded the exhaust with Magnaflow high flow catalytic converters and a Borla Pro XS muffler with a resonator delete. In the future I will also be installing the Range Rover long tube headers and having my Ypipe replaced with bigger tubes. (2.25" probably). I feel like the cam/lifters/port and polish will be the most help but I havent gotten the truck back yet. As far as bolt on performance, the K&N with the custom intake helped the most. I would sell a kit if anyone was interested. If you are just PM me.
