I’m not a big beliver in all this scare tactics about this virus. I actually think it’s a joke and what’s happening out there ,
At the end of this scamm will this be any different than a flu season ???
Are we through the media just looking at every case and death with a magnifying glass ??

No, I don't think its a joke. Comparing it to the flu is, however.

 

This virus has spread across the entire planet and has shut down continents. Killing thousands along the way and hospitalizing countless. It causes severe respiratory problems and the long term effects are grim. This is a nasty thing but, I would be more concerned about the next one.

 

People need to take this more seriously but not to the point of hording TP, sanitizer and pasta. I still see local Brits sneezing and coughing all out in the open without covering their pie hole. No damn manners or thinking of the consequences of their rude actions during a pandemic.

I personally know 7 people (4 in US, 3 in UK, from 23 to 61 years old) who were confirmed with the virus by their government public health offices. 3 of them had mild symptoms like allergies, 4 were hit hard with lost sense of taste/smell, had diarrhea and pneumonia like symptoms, and 1 who is still in the hospital and she is 23.

My wife and I were tested on March 26th for coming in contact with a person who was infected. We received the phonecall results on April 2nd that we were cleared but we can still get the virus from other carriers.
Scary times.

 

I don't know if l call it a joke, nearly 10,000 deaths in the USA...in about two weeks. And that is with all of the precautions we've been observing, can you imagine what it would be like, if we didn't...every person over seventy would probably be dead. Look, you mentioned 60,000 deaths across the country, from flu and colds, we're at 1/6 of that...in a two week period...from just this one virus. I'm taking this thing serious, and believe me...l ain't no sissy that gets scared of every this or that that comes along. This virus is different, much different and needs all of our attention to get through this safely.

I hope that we can separate Chinese government from the people, I want China government to be held accountable. However, that typically impacts the people that had nothing to do with the cover up.

News agencies should be held liable and sued for that hysteria they cause not only with COVID but, with all the other crap they report and fail to report.
