That truck is way over priced. It's been sitting for YEARS! Take it from someone who buys thirty or forty Rovers a year, that truck will need a fortune in time and financial effort to get it up to snuff.

I should also mention this is not the first time this guy has listed this truck. In one ad on CL he was using a picture of a brand new LWB in Mosswood to represent the truck. I called him on it and he changed the ad. I got the impression he didn't know very much about the truck at all.

I posted this link on facebook "Land Rover Owners" and someone close by went to take a look. They said the interior was gutted and the rust was bad. So I guess its a lost cause unless someone has the money and will to restore it. From the few pictures in the ad it does look clean. The stainless steel bumpers look in great shape... I agree that its over priced.

Calling PT Schram!

Whenever you see someone post multiple shots from a safe distance you have to wonder what they're trying to conceal. Add that to no shots of the interior and it becomes a safe bet that the owner is hiding some major flaws. To top it off, like I said above, he had the audacity to post a photo of a brand new LWB in his original ad as though that would be representative of this hunk of junk. It's a $500 truck and not a penny more.

Yep, there's plenty of them rotting away around europe as well, they call them 'projects' ............... yeah ............... right As Paul says, a heap of rusty junk is a heap of rusty junk whether it's an RR, Bentley or Jag. Just tot up how many $$$$$$$$$$$$$ it'll cost to put it on the road and it'll give you a mean figure of what it's actually worth. If it was any good it would have been snapped up years ago not standing there rotting.
