Dream Garage setup
On the flip side we are buying a house Friday, no garage I need to build one , suggestion on cheapest route, need 2 car + since I have some shop equipment and 2 indoor vehicles
Was thinking a steel building prices look decent

That would be the direction I would take, the steel outbuildings are going to be the most cost effective and since the price is lower you can bump up the size a bit
I'd be sure to insulate it though to help make it livable for all seasons

Ok so I picked up the Rustoleum gray rock solid kit to do the garage.
The little workshop room in the back I will do with the cool coating. I also scored a 50" led tv from the neighbors moving sale for $35 (missing the stand part) that works so moving in the right direction. I plan to wall mount it so it's all good to me.

I am also getting a new house. But I'm afraid that my rover will not fit in the Garage. I measured the door and it's just under 7 foot. I have it up on stands right now, I need to get the tires back on so i can see if it will fit. The big question will it fit after my new tires.
Aemnky I got lucky my garage is taller and the door is a 8 foot opening.
Will do Robert. It says its not supposed to have issues with sticking to the tires so fingers crossed it will be all good.
Going to scrub, pressure wash and etch the floor before I lay down the epoxy.

I think the opening will be ok. But after closer look the stupid arm that goes to the opener to the door sticks down 4 inches. so i think the rover will never fit. Guess the trailblazer or the Buick gets the spot

I hear you in my last garage I couldn't pull the defender down the middle it would hit always had to stay to the left or right. That and it rubbed the garage door seal on its roof lol.
