Sounds excellent to me as he's a jazz horn player (I was too some years ago) the concert and jazz should be the tops and v. enjoyable. Good luck with the tickets.

Cool. I like jazz AND classical both. I'm really finding myself moving towards music with no words. Just music and feeling. Good stuff

 

I agree and understand where you are coming from but I do like song as well as music per se. I can never understand why the jews banned Richard Wagner music as he was a jew and his music is fantastic. I like modern jazz particularly as it's improvisation from the individual. I do, however, like many modern versions of music (except rap) from motown to the blues. Music is great for the mind and expression as it opens the mind.
