How do you Cook your Turkey
We all have our own method to the madness for a perfect bird for Thanksgiving so post it up.
I do a Maple Brine. Farm fresh turkey (never frozen) sits in it for 24-36 hours. Stuffed with rough cut onions, celery, carrots and bacon. Pat dried and coated in a stick or 3 of melted butter. Than slow cooked in the grill, with charcoal, hickory, and apple wood chips.
Tastes great and even better after it is allowed to sit after cooking.
