We have not heard your extremely valued insights on this forum for quite some time.
why hast thou forsaken us? what did we do wrong??
was it because we all complain of issues on this forum, and it hurts you to read?
we could certainly all stand to praise the Defender and be more positive.
I will start: my V8 2023 is a marvelous machine with more soul and sheer testosterone than any other vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you to Land Rover for engineering it. I cringe when I see a G Wagon. They don’t know what they are missing!

Observing that you joined in Jan 2023, you may have missed his valuable posts in the past. But I can assure you that he has posted here many times in the past, as others have vouched.

Probably pretty obvious why The Insider isn't posting here any more. Some JLR employees who used to post on some of the Facebook groups don't post there any more either. One used to make some helpful videos that got taken down. It's a shame. Smarter and more customer-focused companies than JLR would realize that open customer engagement in forums is to everyone's benefit,
Anyone who has had the misfortune of calling JLR Customer Relations team here in the US knows what a **** poor job they do.
Love JLR vehicles. Don't love the way they act or how they treat customers.
