Default Land Rover Reaquried

I've been heavily shopping around online looking at Disco 5s and planning to get one by Monday, somewhere lol. I saw one that is a very nice vehicle that was a Land Rover reacquired. They stated it was taken in by Land Rover USA and repaired to like new standards and has no defects. Is a LR Reacquired the same as a lemon-law buyback or is it something a dealership will do if there's an issue like the engine breaking down and they just replace the engine? It does still come with the warranty.

My guess would be lemon-law or a preemptive buy back for customer relations
