Im trying to get a garage up by winter , looked into stick frame 900 sq ft with 13ft walls for lift

All done like 40k ouch, looked into steel and all done like 20k

Anyone have experience with the steel buildings?

My other issue is my town does not allow for metal building, but i see them in yards all over town, thoughs?

 

I have a steel shipping container for storage behind my garage, the main problem is they sweat water onto my goods in there.

If you go for a metal garage try find out what classification you can get the planning department to accept first even if you have to tell them a couple of innocent, unintentional 'porky pies'.
