I actually have one of those pens! All of the bills are real, everything else though was total crap.

 

You probably hear about the BofA bad checks the most because they are the largest bank in the US, so an easy mark.
If he was in the branch, he's on film. I don't know how long it's kept however.

 

When you signed over the title or bill of sale was it notarized and did the notary check his id, if he bought it with someone else's identity and realized he couldn't title it with his name and he was SOL and came back pissed

 

So many attempted scams these days. Ben Franklin is my favorite President.
