Default Pics and a few questions

Well I just got my new to me brushguard on. Thanks Honda50r.

I moved my lights off my lightbar to make room for some new ones. When I had them up top they were rather "rigged" wiring wise. I went out and bought a wiring kit with fuses and wires the whole deal. and now the lights dont work. All my grounds are good. the switch has power. and the relay makes the click when switched on and off. If I bypass the relay and switch and touch the hot for the lights to the battery they work. Any Ideas?

Also does anyone know where to pick up the "DISCOVERY" decal for the brushguard?

I think Atlantic British has it. I know they have the one for the roof. Thats where I got mine.

I got mine from a dealership along with a few other parts that couldn't be found elsewhere. From a quick search this morning, it appears to be part# STC8550G.

yep switch is grounded. I was thinking it was the relay but I swapped in another one and still the same problem. Could It be that the 15a fuse inline from the battery to the relay isnt large enough? The lights are 100w apiece. I have everything set up like the wiring diagram should be.

Also my truck came with fog lights which I no longer have. Could I just hardwire the lights to the factory wires. If so how would I do that?

If you really want to sacrifice no longer having the pigtails....you could cut the factory fog light pigtail off and simply splice in your offroad lights...then they could run off of your factory fog light switch.

But I haven't done this because I'm saving up for some SAFARI 5000's
