I have plenty of knowledge myself and have helped many people here. I think i kinda took the heat for Phil's situation, a situation I had nothing to do with, He knows this. I have never had any problem with anyone here until the big change. I wish to have no problems with 48,872 of you.at this point there are 48,873 members on this forum and one of them is a douche nozzle.

Please note that lr2001silver has left the building.
Now while everyone is thinking about it, I'll throw out a couple of questions.... and let the chips fall where they may.
1. Moderators are invited now to participate. Do you think that there should be term limits for their service, or that we should rotate every "X" time period?
2. Should moderators read every post, and jump in and filter things? There are not enough of us for that.
3. How should moderators handle "**** posts" ( I delete it as one member raised the the issue of violations of work place computer practices)?
4. How should moderators handle posts that would be a sexual harrassment issue at the office? For me, I guess I'll have to retire Defender gal in the mud pix. Certainly this is a male dominated site, but many of us have ladies in our life, and even children. I'd like to see more gals on the site, and they should be welcomed, not forced to "strut through a construction site."
5. As a moderator my most common duty is scanning for multiple posts by the same unrecognized new name, and finding links to some off the wall service like Paris call girls, DVDs of TV shows and ****, or stuff that has nothing to do with us, like knocked down discount decorator furniture. Those get purged to keep your visits to the site entertaining and productive.
I'm not here for a popularity contest. I like Land Rovers. I like to help where I can. None of us knows it all. And no one knows more than all of us together.
