Great music and songs from this guy BUT I personally think he's a creep

Did you know him Offroad? I love his music and believe it or not I listen to this compilation quite often (good stuff!). It's amazing to think that while we were all listening to his music and thinking 'what a great life he has' he was battling his own demons and kept it hidden for quite some time. It's kind of sad. So talented but broken.
I'm listening to Norah Jones tonight:
Nope.. it's not Hick Hop, not really 'love lost' but still a little 'bluesy':
Where's Screaming Life by the way? I miss you - hope that you're ok....

Hi KD, no I never knew or met him but read some of his odd 'ventures' in the press years back. Doesn't make admirable reading although his music is v.good. We all have or had our own 'demons' to battle with at some stage but some are self inflicted in some cases. Maybe I'm too intolerant these days.
Like your record choices today.
Where is Screaming Life, I enjoy his contributions - hope he's OK. I was wondering exactly that yesterday - telepathy

Nice country music abnormals_anonymous - like.
IMO an improvement on the other stuff but everyone to their own in music tastes.
There's been a really good series on TV recently all about Motown music from way back, I watched with nostalgic intrigue. I don't normally watch TV but the wife said it's worth watching and it was.
Who remembers Holland Dozier Holland and Phil Spector arrangements? Irrespective of their personal issues they all wrote, arranged or produced some of the greatest music in the past 50 years.
