That's what happens when you park in a handicap spot in Brazil
I know I'm an ***.hole but If this had happened to me, before approaching my car I would run to the next pharmacy, get a pair of crutches and a band to wrap around my foot then calmly come back to my car.

 

That's so funny but there is a moral here 'don't park in invalid' spaces'

I don't have any problem with parking in the huge 'prat and brat' spaces 'cos my money is the same color as theirs but invalid spaces are a defo no, no IMO. Bet he don't park there again in a hurry

Too right, in the UK you can buy a blackmarket handicap sticker or just apply legitimately for one for something as stupid as facial acne.

 

If I'd been the cop I'd have given the guy a ticket for littering and a ticket for driving an unsafe vehicle, not being able to see properly.

You see the same here in France, they park illegally to go for a walk, jog etc whatever rather than park 50 yards further away quite legally. Surely this defeats the object of going for a walk/jog etc or are they just lazy 'bar stewards' as well.
