Are you Computer addicted ? Alert
Hi all.
The number of people working on computers playing online and off-lone computer games are increasing and also getting addicted by it.
Most of them who spent more than 2 hours suffer from Computer Vision Syndrome called CVS.
Symptoms are
1. Back pain
2. Problem in locating objects
3. Blurt images
Solutions
1. Blink eyes after every 20 minutes for 20 times.
2. Put artificial tears if eyes are getting dry.
3. Do not sit in front of the fans air throw direction.
