Does anyone know a source for CANVAS tire covers? I'm looking for something that stays on the hood/bonnet tire at speed (which for a Series III 2.25L diesel isn't fast). I'd really like to find something that matches the khaki canvas top. If I can't find anything I may try to have it custom made. I have a cover on now but I need a heavier material and something that matches the top. Thanks.

 

I'm sure one of the military guys on this forum could point you in the right direction. They seem to be really good at that.

Hi...well, I've been all over the military vehicle sites to try to find something...no luck yet. I may just buy an old canvas tarp and have it made.
Maybe a few military vehicle restorers have some ideas.
