I've bought my last 4 cars sight unseen and never had a problem, I'm very specific in my questions and I would think most don't want to ruin their reputation by lying about the condition of the vehicle.
My car arrived yesterday and it is flawless, previous owner only really took care of it. It even came with rubber floor mats, trunk rubber mat, and a Land Rover cargo organizer with the instructions for putting it together.
