Hella Driving Light Grilles

I don't know whether these were standard, but does anyone know where to get a similar grille for Hella Rallye 1000 driving lights?

For Rallye 1000 it's BritPart #: DA4399
Give L8, RN, AB, etc a call someone will have or be able to get these.
