I am working on my 1994 range rover classic LWB. I was messing around with my PARKING BRAKE !HANDLE!. I detached the parking brake handle from the parking brake cable and then later put it back together- Putting the holding pin back through the parking brake handle and the eyelet of the parking brake cable. Now the parking brake just springs back down and wont lock into the up position. The mechanism in the handle isn't biting the teeth. I am not sure if there was a spring in there that fell out or?
