Default 2012 Evoque SI4 auxilary battery issue

Good day all -
I have a question I need assistance with, please:
I have a 2012 Range Rover Evoque SI4 Dynamic. I am getting a message on my Infotainment screen that the battery is flat. Now - I did investigate this according to international forums and Youtube, and I have found out that there is a small 12 volt 1.2A battery in an area below / behind my passenger cubby-hole.

I bought a replacement battery from Landy Guru in Montague Gardens. But, after I replaced that small auxillary battery, my climate control / aircon system in my Evoque stopped working.
Do anyone perhaps please have any other advise? If I have to buy the original, instead of an aftermarket auxilary battery - where should I do this, and how much should I budget for?
Do anyone perhaps know what battery I can use that will allow all functions to work after replacing the battery?

I know that the replacement (new) battery is the cause that the aircon/climate control is not working because after putting the old/original battery back, the aircon/climate control started working again. 🙁
Now I am stuck with the battery low error message and also the gearbox light on the dashboard.
When I installed the other (new) battery, the gearbox error/alert, and low battery alert was gone.

I would really appreciate all the assistance I can get. I need information from someone in South Africa, as I need to purchase this battery in South Africa. Please. Many thanks.
