I'm having big issues with my 2013 Evoque in that the park distance system keeps failing and the camera stops working. Land Rover have had this vehicle back for repair now four times for this issue and each time they replace another part. In total this issue has had six weeks of engineering time spent on it and today it went wrong again


I purchased extended warranty so its not cost me a penny yep but still this is totally spoiling the enjoyment of my car


To make matter worse on getting my vehicle back just a few days I've now got a terrible rattle in the dash due part because they've had the stereo out and something has not gone back right. Now I have to have the music on loud so I don't hear the dam noise.


Anybody else got this issue or am I just having loads of bad luck here?

 

have they checked to see if the actual backup camera itself is faulty? I have had a couple of them with faulty cameras where it does something similar to what youre describing

 

Ditto in our 2016. It was a faulty camera.
