Red face Range Rover Evogue 2013 no air/heater Blower

Before, I take this to the dealer I wanted to see if this was something I could try to fix. My RR Evoque 2013 has 2 of the problems that I have read about in some threads.
1. Nothing Blowing from AC/HEATER. One day it just quit. The lights still come on when I turn the ****, and I can hear a faint motor like sound turning on and off. How can I determine if it is a fuse/Resistor or blower motor? The online fuse diagram says #28 heater blower and #62 Climate Control System; should I replace both of these to start?

2. Last summer the AC had such a fowl smell when I first started my car. Thankfully, we are in winter and I do not have to smell that now. I have changed the cabin filter and I have use 4 cans of cabin freshener directly in the system. Someone mentioned a "Clog" where are those located specifically?

Thank you, Laura

I know this is an older thread but if you have a left hand drive spec Evoque the blower must be accessed from the smaller access panel on the left side of car as standing in front and looking in the engine compartment . Helps to remove strut brace and loosen plastic cowl. Look up high behind diverter.
