coolant flange leak, its a plastic tube piece that is under the thermostat housing...this piece is strong plastic, does not leak on seam or throat, but on mine the lip between the tstat housing and plastic just degraded on upper part, so coolant was leaking out

to remove, i did not take out intake housing, i just removed the air box to throttle plate, then disconnected the egr valve from throttle housing, then you need a long ratcheting 8mm wrench for the 4 bolts on the thottle piece, after that you need t30 4 screws to loosen the coolant flange.

when you get the new flange, i had to remove the tabs on bottom part otherwise would not fit.....if you remove intake manifold you dont need to do this step i guess

another tip try not to loose the bolts as 2 bottom bolts are hard to reach
