Default 2007 Range Rover will not Start

I have a 2007 Range Rover that will not start. When I turn the Key all lights, Radio, Everything works. Turn the Key to start nothing.
Took it to Shop, thought it was starter, they said starter was good when they put voltage to started it would turn over.
they could not find anything, thought it was bad key, wanted to bring in someone to reprogram new key for $900,.

Towed back home. Looking to do anything to start maybe even add push button switch. Cant find starter Relay anywhere. Found other models have it behind battery, but not 2007.
If anyone can help, or knows where starter relay is?

Starter relay is located in the Fuse box under the hood in the main engine bay, passenger side. 10 or so 4mm Allen heads hold it in place. Inside the cover of the panel is a diagram, I believe it's relay no.6, but can be confirmed once you see the diagram. I found it was easier access to remove No.5 so I could get my fingers around No.6. Once removed, see the 4 slots... three slots that are parallel and one that is perpendicular. Use a jumper wire between the ones that make a T. Make sure your truck is in park and that your toes are clear of the wheel.
