Default 2008 Supercharged Engine/Transmission leak questions

Hi,

I have at least three leaks on our 2008 Range Rover Supercharged.

It looks like a sensor on the right valve cover is seeping. Can someone please confirm which sensor is seeping in the photo?

Also, I think the transmission collar is leaking as well. Is this the leak near the electrical connection or could something else cause this?

Also, it looks like there's a seep near a bolt around the left valve cover area? (I think)

Any advice would be recommended. Anything else to check for around these areas?

Thank You very much!

I believe the leak on the right valve cover is the vvt solenoid seal. Does this sound right?

What is a reasonable charge to replace the transmission fluid/pan/filter/valve body sleeve? Dealer vs independent cost?

I really have zero idea what is causing the third leak.

Thank You
