2011 no radio/nav and blinking light issue
Hello all. I will apologize in advance for bringing up an issue that has been cover here previously..... I have a 2011 L322 hse with 90,000 miles. Not LUX, no rear entertainment. And it has the blinking radio power light and LR logo displayed on the screen. I read many posts and attempted to diagnose with no success. Thinking it is either the amp or a firmware issue? Before it completely went, I noticed the back up cam (also not working now) was slow to cancel after switching into D. The first moment the infortainment went down, it showed a screen that instructed me to choose an input source but nothing was highlighted nor would it let me press and choose a non highlighted one. When starting the next time, there was nothing. Just the blinking light and logo on screen. I checked all the fuses and did the battery reset. Nothing changed. I would like to check the power to the amp, but not sure where it is. Seems most of the info I've come across relates to older models with different configuration of component placement. Is the amp under the passenger seat or in the back somewhere? I had the cargo side panels off and looked over the components but didn't see anything that looks like an amp. Also looked under the pass seat and didn't see anything? Is it under the carpeted seat platform? Accessed by removing the seat? Also, I had discovered that the 30 pin ipod port and the usb port in the center console are not charging my phone now. Both seem to be dead. Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated!!
I located the amp in the left rear cargo area. Was behind some other components. Took a bit of work to remove it but its out. No water ingress and everything looked fairly minty. Guess I will try to get a new/used amp and see what happens. Does anyone know if it can be tested?

I did a lot of investigating. To no avail. Blue tooth module, blah, blah. Went to the dealer for a recall and cam chain tensioner repair. They looked at that problem and told me I needed a $2,000 CD player replacement. Opted for the delete/ bypass and all working well now. You can find the bypass loops for cheap. The problem is, half the dash may need to be removed. Was over my pay grade, nor did I want to figure all of that out.
