Default Gas tank issue!?!

OK, so when I get to where I have maybe 80-90 miles left on the range meter, my 04 HSE starts to buck and jump, then stall out. NO codes. I replaced the fuel pump and 6 months ago, and I did not think that was the issue as it would start up again at times - it also has a new throttle body. That said, when I went to check the fuel pump again, I noticed I have about 5 inches of gas in the driver's side of the fuel tank, and literally 1/2 inch in the passenger side of the tank where the pump is. It's almost as if when it gets to that level, the right side of the tank is not getting fuel from the other side. But, I have no clue how that is supposed to happen and/or if this is normal. If I drive with a full tank (or over 1/4 tank or so), I have no issues, but when it hits that mark I get sputtering b/c I think the fuel pump is pulling in air / getting a little gas / pulling in air, etc. Any ideas on what my issue could be?
