How to get a 05 RR in nuetral ?

Still trying to find ways to tow my 2005 Range Rover HSE, I found someone who has a flat bed that can move it for me, but it's still stuck in park. Is there a way to get it into nuetral when it's not running ?

as long as the battery has a bit of charge key in the on position push the brake pedal and it should go into neutral

My steering column is bad so my ignition won't even turn

That would be a problem.

Not sure how to get around that. Could just disconnect the drive shafts at the differentials
