L322 Range Rover 2005 only starting with Quick start spray

L322 Range Rover 2005 only starting with Quick start spray
Hi All,
My RR just stopped starting normally from nowhere ; Here is what i have done and checked.
1. Checked my battery and all is okey(actually bought a brand new Battery)
2.Plugged a Autel Machine and it brought up this error code(09F6 -Fuel Pressure monitoring during start)
3. I changed the Glow plugs but still not working.
When i use the quickstart spray,it does start although its a hard start. After starting it i can drive it all the way BUT when i switch off,i have to use quickstart again.
Please someone,point me to what might be the issue.Am now clueless as to what has happened.
