I need to get my glove box open in order to remove the dash completely. A pack rat chewed a bunch of wires so i have battery fully disconnected (fortunately he chewed while i was unhooked, so nothing is fried). I have gained access to the back of the glove box switch and am wondering if I can apply power to open the glove boxes. I have a Power Probe to apply power but am always timid because I have cooked something I didnt want to in the past...

Can anyone offer insight into which wires to apply power and/or ground to, in order to pop the latch? The connector on the back of the dash button has pink, red/grey, grey, black, black, black. I dont have the pin numbers from the connector at the moment. This wire loom runs away from where i assume the latches are and i cant find or access the wires that come back to the latch istelf, or i'd just power those...

Update - backprobed power to red/grey and ground to pink to release top, and to grey to release bottom. problem solved.
