When the winds of hell come out of the AC vent
G'day,
I am really hoping someone can help me diagnose this problem with my 2004 Range Rover HSE
Symptom: with selector under center vents set to cold, thermostat ***** set to low and AC engaged (or disengaged) only hot air comes out of the vents. What is strange is that this in air which is hotter than any other air mix which I have experienced even with the thermostat dialed all the way up to high.
I have tried cycling the thermostat ***** through click by click as I heard that may help, however nothing seems to work.
The car does not over heat - it is operating as normal. I had though the mix/ blend doors may be stuck, however the fact the air temp is so hot leads me to think that there may be some other failure of a thermostat or something like that.
Any ideas? Would really appreciate you help
