I have a 2019 Land Rover Range Rover LWB Autobiography. Started it up and was unable to turn the wheel without adding some muscle. Anyone one here encounter that issue. If so, what was done to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.

Yes. Since his happened after I purchased the vehicle. I took it to the dealer. There was a ground fault that was causing this to happen with the steering

 

I have also heard some folks unhook the battery cable for a minute to fix this issue, even though it could be a temporary fix. Glad your dealer found the faulty ground.
