Both my driver and passenger arm rests seem to not be adjustable and I swear I was able to when I first bought it. It’s a 2020, I also own a DII which the 20+ year old armrests still work perfectly. I’m thinking I must be doing something wrong here. The thing you twist at the end will not break loose
