Default L405 ABS, HDC, Stability not available, brake fault

2016 HSE TDV6
Replaced the front struts with Arnott. Lower control arms, and knuckle bearings. Also replaced factory brake rotors and calipers with Brembo high performance calipers and rotors off of a RR Sport SC. Install was bolt up, nothing special.
Problem during this work was a bad battery, had slow starting and finally had to jump it to start a few times, after really slow start and finally clicky clicky no start, finally purchased new AGM battery.
Got car done and had a sinking brake peddle. I assumed it had air in system, even after pressure bleeding with a Motive pressure bleeder. I did not pressurized over 15psi.
I drove car for 400 miles and one of the knuckle bearings failed due to inserting bearing backwards, metal side inside, by assistant when pressing bearing, so I broke down the right side, R and R the bearing, and re-bleed the brake system according to JLR procedure.
Test drove and made a u turn, the brakes began pulse binding, pedal fall, diff noises. Turned off DSC and car went into safety mode related to stability controls. OBD2 said failed right wheel sensor. Same wheel as failed bearing. Pulled it out, it was covered in grease from bearing install, replaced with new Bremi sensor, cleaned wheel hubs and CV shaft area. Same problem. after reassembly, with no wheel sensor problem. Cleared codes, and still get same system faults.

I am pretty sure the wheel sensors are fine. Could the battery failure cause a bad DSC or other controller?
