Default No start after TCU (telematics) battery change

My 2017 RR L405 had sos limited functionality. The battery was on back order for months. Finally JLR suggested a Jaguar equivalent which seemed to be a good cross over. I replaced the battery and the light never reset from the dash. I went back to check that the battery was plugged in good and ended up unplugging the cable to have better access. After this i ended up replacing the main battery as i received a low battery warning for leaving the car open for a period of time. The battery tested bad and would not hold a charge. Now only the dash and all accessory lights come on. When you place your foot on brake and press start/stop nothing happens except the dash goes black and shows the mileage, date and a P. The shifter does not come up and the car does not start. The actuator for the air intake on the engine moves and then the instrument cluster goes blank. I checked all fuses and can not see an issue. Looking for any suggestions. I assume the configuration might have gotten changed or something. Any help is appreciated.

How did you resolve your situation? Something very similar is happening with my 2018 Discovery.

Did you change the battery yourself or was it done by the dealer?
Some newer Land Rovers require the battery to be coded into the vehicle. Check with your dealer.

I can't speak for wcc18999, but I can confirm I changed my battery myself. The dealer confirmed the vehicle should start and the system will "learn" the new battery on its own within a few drive cycles. Thank you.

Check your fuses under the glove compartment. The rotary gear **** wouldn’t rise. No start. I found a bad 5A Telematics fuse which seemed to solve the problem.

I had checked all fuses and re-checked the Telematics one just now to be sure. Thank you for the suggestion.
