The Online Media section of my entertainment unit will not login, not even to the menu screen. Therefore, streaming services etc are no longer available via the car's data connection and the head unit, only on the phone, which sn;'t practical whilst driving. The JLR online chat has given various answers from " a bug we're trying to fix" to "the function has been discontinued". My dealership, Marshals, A bingdon, kindly offered to investigate for £219 + Vat per hour!
Does anyone else have this issue? My car is a 2018 Autobiography.
