Hi all. I’m a first time LR owner and recently purchased a Yulong White 2018 HSE TD6 with 25k miles. I absolutely love the truck and so far it has less quirks than I expected. The driving experience is exceptional. We exchanged it for my wife’s 958.2 Cayenne and we are very happy with it so far.

But… the one I can’t figure out is the service required reset. I changed the oil myself as soon as I got it home for peace of mind, but the reset doesn’t work. I’ve tried to reset manually and with an iCarSoft LR2.0. Both methods say reset successful, but do nothing and continue to show 0 miles until oil service. I’ve contacted two local LR dealer service departments who wouldn’t tell me anything regarding software updates without coming in for a diagnostic appointment, but they sounded clueless. I also asked GAP if their tool could fix it, but they told me it’s a known issue without a fix. I just find it very hard to believe that this isn’t fixable. I can’t be the only one dealing with this. Any ideas? I really appreciate any help you can offer.
