Unable to open the back door completely; when I open the door with either interior or exterior handle, the door opens just enough for the slow close to hold it (like when you close the door and it doesn't engage all the way, and the slow close does the rest) and pull it back in. The small lever (Slow close lever) inside the door latch assembly that closes the door fully, doesn't pull back enough for the latch to rotate up and out of the way, so the door closes completely again. There is a cable on the inside with a red securing tab that pulls the slow close lever back and it runs to the slow close motor which is mounted to the middle of the lower door. Do I need a latch, a cable, the motor, or all of them?
