Software update problem

Software update problem
I checked for the software update and the system said it started the download. After 45 of driving/idling, I never got past the download page. Tried to retrieve the download again the next day and the system says I am up to date but I am still on the release of 3/201.
Any thoughts?

I didn't have that problem, however I love my RR but the whole software system from the remote start to the infotainment and beyond is ancient.
Clunky and unreliable.
For a well over a 100K vehicle it is unacceptable.

Update: Took the car in to have the dealer do the update - system is corrupt and they have to replace the entire infotainment center (IMC).
Inexcusable for a $110K vehicle.
